Please have model and serial numbers available when calling, or please provide these in communication if emailing. Please note that EVENT studio monitors contain NO user serviceable parts. For any servicing please refer to an authorised service technician. If you believe your monitor is in need of repair, please contact the EVENT Customer Service department to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We can accept for servicing only those units that are accompanied by an RA#. Units shipped without an RA# will be refused. |
